John Fane, 11th Earl of Westmorland (1784–1859) was a British soldier, diplomat, politician, and composer, known for his role in the Napoleonic Wars and European diplomacy of the 19th century. Styled Lord Burghersh until 1841, he fought in the Peninsular War alongside the Duke of Wellington and later served as British envoy in Tuscany, Prussia, and Austria.
